Two night minimum stay is required. Three night minimum on long weekends.
A non-refundable confirmation/security deposit is required in the amount of $300.00 CAD to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 7 business days in advance of your booking.
Cleaning fees are charged on all bookings, please see property details for rates.
If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival you will forfeit your initial deposit but the remaining amount of the booking will be refunded in full. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you will only be refunded the number of days we are able to re-book from your original booking dates.
A credit card is required to confirm the booking. All funds are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit, and cheque for the confirmation/security deposit and balance of payment.
$500.00 will be pre-authorized on the booking credit card and will be released once the property has been examined for damage and/or lost articles. Additional damage totalling more than the pre-authorization amount will be charged to the booking credit card.
Payment is non-refundable if guests are evicted from a property.
All properties are non smoking; a cleaning fee of $500.00 will be charged to your booking credit card if the premises are smoked in.
We maintain a pet free environment.
