Tenants Agreement
A tenant agreement will have to be signed at the time of booking.
Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit shall be held by way of payment through email money transfer for 50% of the total rental fee amount.
The balance of the rental fee and damage deposit will be invoiced thirty (30) days prior to the Tenant’s arrival.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of CAD $500.00 is required 30 days before check in. This will be returned 7 days after check out as long as the following are met:
Cancellations
All But Monthly Cancellations: While everyone has every intention of going on their trip, the unforeseen does happen. It is extremely difficult to re-rent a cancelled booking. Notice of cancellation can occur at any time and must be in writing. If cancelled over ninety (90) days from the beginning of the rental period, partial payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented. As soon as we receive written notice of cancellation, we will do our best to re-rent the cabin. If the cabin is re-rented, you will only be responsible for an administrative fee of ten percent (10%) of the full rental rate (not including any fees paid to a booking agency) and the balance of your deposit or any other payments to us will be refunded. Cancellation during the stay or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Smoking
Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING Cabin. Anyone smoking in the cabin will result in a loss of the security deposit.
Pets
There is an additional $50.00 fee per dog to cover wear and tear for tenants that keep pets in the cabin.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-In is 4:00 pm Check Out is 11:00 am
Number of Occupants
The maximum number of guests for a Tenant’s stay is limited to six (6) persons. Any additional guest must be approved by the owner.
